Clarifying Questions

1) The Invitation to Bid says bids must be sealed and hand delivered to Housing Works. Will Housing Works accept mailed sealed bids if they are received before 3:00 PM on September 17^th, 2025?

Answer: Yes, Housing Works will accept sealed bids in the mail as long as they are clearly marked with “sealed bid, do not open until September 17^th at 3:00”.
