Housing Works announces the availability of its 2026 Annual PHA (Public Housing Agency) Plan for public review from January 5, 2026, through February 28, 2026. These documents can be accessed during regular business hours at the Housing Works main office, located at 405 SW 6th Street, Redmond, OR 97756. Business hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that the office is closed on Fridays.

Background
The PHA Plan serves as a comprehensive guide outlining Housing Works' policies, programs, operations, and strategies for addressing local housing needs and goals. This plan is required under the U.S. Housing Act of 1937, as amended by the 2008 Housing and Economic Recovery Act. Housing Works complies with all applicable provisions, and submissions are processed via the HUD Public Housing Portal to streamline review and collaboration.

Public Comment
A Public Hearing will be held at the Housing Works main office on March 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM to receive public comments and recommendations regarding the plans.
