Bridge Meadows PBV Waitlist to Open!

The project based waiting list for Bridge Meadows Apartments in Redmond, OR will open beginning Monday October 4th at 8 a.m. and will close on Thursday October 7th at 5 p.m.

This specific waitlist is for 3 project based family units and will include two preference points. There will be a preference for families who are in the process of adopting or providing guardianship to youth from DHS Child Welfare and a local residency preference

UPCOMING HOLIDAY CLOSURES

Housing Works offices will be closed the following dates in September:

  • Monday Sept 6th for Labor Day
  • Tuesday Sept 28th and Wednesday Sept 29th for All Staff Training

We’ve Re-opened!

We are happy to announce that Housing Works has re-open its doors to the public. Thank you for all your patience! Now that we’ve reopened, here’s just a few things to keep in mind:

  • We are returning to regular business hours (Monday – Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday’s 8am to noon)
  • Per the most recent Oregon mandate, face masking is required in indoor public spaces. When entering our office, please wear a mask. Also, we ask that anyone that has been exposed or with COVID related symptoms not come into the office.
  • Limited occupancy will be available in the lobby (under 6 guests at a time)
  • If a client would like to speak with their Housing Specialist, they may do so by appointment only. We will be unable to accept walk-ins for these types of requests.
  • Clients can pre-schedule appointments by calling 541-923-1018 directly
  • The drop box located in the front of our building is still available for use anytime

Welcome to the Housing Works website.  Here you will find information and resources on all aspects of housing services including rental assistance, apartment communities and home buying programs.  We are the local housing authority for Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson counties. We offer the Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance program funded by HUD, affordable housing for rent through our award winning apartment communities, and home ownership opportunities.  In addition, this site will also provide you information on our client services programs that feature asset building, opportunities for kids and family sustainability.
