Housing Works is committed to thriving communities through a diverse menu of resident services offered to residents living in Housing Works-owned properties. Check with your community manager for more information.

Rent Reporting for Credit

Residents at Housing Works-owned properties can sign up for Rent Reporting for Credit. Through this program, EPIC Property Management reports rent payments to credit agencies, which can improve an individual’s credit score over time with consistent, on-time rent payments. It’s easy, free and available to all our residents. See your community manager for more details.

Recycling

Housing Works understands the importance of recycling to reduce the amount of waste going to local landfills from our properties. Recently, all Housing Works-owned properties received recycling trash cans for each unit and information sheets outlining appropriate recycleable waste.

Affordable Medical Services

Housing Works is proud to partner with Mosaic Medical Clinic, a nonprofit committed to providing low-cost medical and dental care to individuals regardless of insurance status or income. Mosaic Medical has two clinics based at Housing Works-owned properties. The Ariels Community Clinic is located at Ariel Glen in central Bend and provides primary medical care to walk-in patients. Cook Crossing in Redmond is now home to Mosaic Medical’s Redmond clinic – a state-of-the-art medical facility that includes primary care and dental care with easy access for the senior residents of Cook Crossing.

Opportunities for Kids

Residents of Housing Works-owned properties may be eligible for after-school programs and summer camp opportunities. Check with your community manager for more information.
